FOR SALE: Hydanthe

KWPN Warmblood Mare

Hydanthe (aka “Olive”) is a 9 year old Bay KWPN mare (Olivi X Welt Hit II), that stands 16h tall. Olive has a background in dressage in Holland. She has great self carriage and is light in the bridle with a canter that you can sit to all day long. She has smooth comfortable gates and is very accepting of your leg. At this time, Olive is best suited for an intermediate to advanced rider / experienced amateur working with a professional. Olive rides in or out, has hacked around the property, and has started over small fences. (This video includes Olive’s first time ever jumping over fences.) Olive would succeed continuing her career as a dressage horse or make a good jumping horse whether it be equitation, hunter/jumper, or event horse. In full disclosure, Olive does have shivers but it does not affect her daily life; she is only tense when picking her back feet.

FOR SALE: Zilver van WoppieWoppie

2015 Imported Friesian Mare

Zilver is a coming 6 year old mare, imported last year from Holland, who is by Hessel 480 out of WoppieWoppie van W (by Folkert 353). Zilver has a full sister a year behind that went ster this year at the keur in Holland. The only reason Zilver does not have her ster status is because the keur was cancelled this year in the US but she has all the characteristics of easily achieving that level. Zilver raised one foal and was a great mother. She started back into work this Fall under saddle and driving (both single and in pairs). Taking after her sire Hessel, Zilver is a tall, statuesque mare standing at 16’3” with a long, flowing mane and tail with a lot of feather. She has elegant, lofty movements and has an exceptionally powerful hind end that allows her to move up under herself well. Zilver has a super sweet temperament on the ground and perfect manners with grooming, farrier, hitching and unhitching, vet, clipping, bathing, and will stand all day to have her mane braided. Under saddle Zilver has a wonderful natural head carriage, is very level headed, and with just enough edge that keeps her attentive but well grounded. She is great on trail rides alone or with other horses. Overall, she has the potential to have a great career in harness or under saddle.

SOLD: Auke fan de Klaster
Soon To Be Imported Friesian

Arrived from the Netherlands in February 2021, Auke fan de Klaster was born in 2016 by Thorben 466 out of Gerbina fan de Klaster, both lines containing numerous Sport and Preferent predicates! He became ster at the stallion keuring and even took part of the central stallion inspection in 2019. One of the 20 best stallions that year! Auke has been started in dressage, demonstrates three correct gaits, and shows great sport potential.  His canter does need a little more work bringing along and getting balanced but he already has a very natural rhythm to it. Auke is a really great minded horse, very calm, friendly, and amateur proof. He loves to go outdoor hacking with a group or alone. He is very curious by nature so if he comes upon something he is unsure of, give him a minute to inspect it and then he moves on like a pro. He is great on the ground, will stand all day to be bathed or braided and is good for vet, farrier, clippers, etc. He has a gorgeous, long, flowing mane, a beautifully thick tail and a very proud stance to him. The sky is the limit with this sweet boy!
